Preparation:

• Mix 6 g powder (1 teaspoon) with 250 ml boiled, warm water in the Fuck & Fist Shaker.

• Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

• Add another 250 ml of boiled, lukewarm water and stir or shake again for 30 seconds.

• Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Composition:
Polyethylene oxide.

Precautionary measures:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and temperature fluctuations.

• Use within a few hours after mixing.
